Areas
Benchmarking
Benchmarking is the process of identifying the three to five core competencies
that a particular job requires. If the job could talk, these are the elements
the job would say it needs to contribute as strongly as possible to the
organization’s mission. A key recruiting mistake most organizations
make is comparing job candidates rather than comparing each candidate
to the job benchmarks. New Image leads clients through
the process of developing the list of measurable and accurate core competencies
so the candidate who can best perform the job gets the job.
Compression Planning
Compression Planning is a visual decision-making process that can be applied one-on-one or in a group setting. Because people are visual learners and communicators this process is guaranteed to bring out your best thinking and energy on a specific issue in record time. click here for more details
Coaching
Coaching is not consulting. Consulting usually involves solving the problem
with a standard existing product or service. In coaching, the consultant
becomes more of a facilitator who leads the executive or organization
on a journey in which the solution comes from within the organization
or person. Coaching empowers people by revealing new perspectives or untapped
talent. New Image provides both consulting and coaching
services and develops the coaching abilities of existing staff.

Solutions
not Seminars
Too often, a seminar ends up as just another event. Participants receive
good information, give the presenter high praise, but little actually
changes inside them or their organization. To avoid the mindset that can
prohibit true learning, NIA prefers to focus not on presenting
a seminar but on creating actionable solutions. Solutions, by definition,
have positive outcomes and they stress action. We conduct events that
provide solutions in the following areas:

the right talent
